Meet Naomi, our childcare centre manager
Being an Early Childhood Educator is a wonderful and rewarding profession.
It has always been my passion to work with children and learn and grow alongside them. Children need all the support, care and guidance possible to help them learn and thrive, whilst exploring and discovering a world of new opportunities and possibilities.
Building strong and trusting relationships with families is crucial to providing the best possible care for each child’s development. It’s important to instil confidence in children to encourage enthusiasm, motivation, creativity, curiosity and an interest in growing as a person.
I pride myself on greeting every individual who walks through the doors of our Bathurst childcare centre with a great deal of respect, excitement, and a warm-hearted smile. Every person, no matter their age, is strong, capable, creative, and authentic, and everyone plays an important role in our world.
I have always been driven to teach, guide and empower others to reach their potential. As a mentor, it’s important to help people see their talent and abilities they have within themselves that they might not see on their own and help to bring them out and shine. Not only for themselves, but to help them inspire others in a supportive environment.
I’m very passionate about the Early Childhood Sector, supporting the rights of every child and supporting their social and emotional wellbeing. I have always been a strong advocate for children and try to go above and beyond to help their voices be heard in my day-to-day practice.
I consider my job as an advocate, educator, and leader to be creating a safe, welcoming, open-ended, and fun environment where children and educators can collaborate to help foster determination, imagination, inquisitiveness and an inspirational place to be, belong and become.
I believe families are the most influential teachers in a child’s life. My ambitious and attentive personality has helped me in the past be able to offer guidance to other educators, children, and parents, to support them in their unique early learning journey.
I always try to remember –
“A Day without laughter is a day wasted”.

Babies (0–2 years)
Babies attending our Bathurst daycare centre enjoy a nurturing routine that blends rest, comfort, and gentle exploration. With a passion for infant care, our experienced educators support early communication through songs, stories, sensory play, and warm one-on-one interactions.
Toddlers (2–3 years)
Toddlers take part in hands-on activities that build curiosity and confidence. We focus on supporting language development, movement, memory, emotional awareness, and social interaction through play that reflects children’s interests.
Preschoolers (3+ years)
Our Bathurst preschool room is led by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, helping children prepare for the transition to primary school. The program encourages independence, school-readiness skills, problem-solving, early literacy, early numeracy, and positive social development.
Across every age group, we aim to inspire curiosity, nurture growth, and make sure your child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.
Play-based learning is at the heart of our approach. Aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, this method encourages children to explore, imagine, investigate, and create through purposeful play.
Children might build, sort, role-play, experiment, collaborate, or express new ideas. Through these experiences, they develop essential physical, social, emotional, language, and problem-solving skills.
Play-based learning also supports early literacy and numeracy by making learning enjoyable and connected to real-world experiences.
Many families choose to start early learning before preschool because it gives children a strong developmental foundation.
At our daycare and preschool near Bathurst, children build confidence, independence, social skills, and resilience in a nurturing environment.
With support from our qualified educators, they become familiar with routines, group learning, and shared spaces. This helps make the move to preschool—and later primary school—smooth and positive.
Nurturing, welcoming and empowering every child
We provide high-quality early education that supports the learning and growth of every child. Our play-based principles and nutrition-focused meals encourage exploration, expression and celebration of individual learning journeys.
